Job description
Get in on the ground floor with our small private company with award winning LED Lighting products. We are looking for someone with accounting and operations experience. Must know QBO, excel and excellent communicator. Experience with SOS Inventory a plus.
- Maintain daily accounting information in QBO, prepare basis analysis reports(Aging AR/AP, P&L) based on system information.
- Implement company operation system(SOS inventory) related procedures, create SO upon customer PO, place our PO to vendors, invoice customer, track shipments.
- Work with multiple departments within the company such as finance, sales, and operations
- Liaise with employees in China (fluent Cantonese and/ or Mandarin helpful)
