Job description

Book Keeping with SAGE Experience

• Invoicing
• Purchase ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Credit control
• Preparing supplier payments

Admin – Updating job records

• Filing paperwork away
• Answering the phone

There is free private car parking and the company is located 3 minutes from Carryduff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newtownards: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Application question(s):

• Must have minimum 12 months experience in the use of SAGE
• Must be competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be confident in answering the telephone to incoming calls from clients and prospective clients

Experience:

• bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
