Job description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in bookkeeping software. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as handling payroll duties.
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide support to the accounting department as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: £25,954.00-£27,220.00 per year
