Job description
We are looking for a reliable bookkeeper / Administrator.
The ideal candidate will undertake general bookkeeping administrative tasks, ensuring all tasks and communications are carried out to an adequate and efficient standard.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and registration/bookkeeping/data entry procedures.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
Main Skills:
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Previous Office Admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Previous database management / data entry experience
The successful candidate will be required to be available to start immediately and must hold a driving license as well as have own transport, you must live in the Guildford area as well.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
