Bookings Coordinator
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Belfast
Job Purpose
As a member of the bookings team, you will be the link between our staff and the events that we service, ensuring all events are staffed appropriately and adequately. You will be critical to Eventsec’s operational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
· To operate the purchase ordering system ensuring that events have accurate staffing requirements.
· To use the workforce management software to schedule and roster staff according to the staffing requirement ensuring that the skill sets are matched appropriately to meet the event profile.
· To plan and provide effective communication with staff regarding upcoming events and staffing requirements whilst forming positive working relationships to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are met.
· To act as a coordinator, ensuring staff have all information required for them to report for duty at the correct location, on time with the correct uniform, equipment and briefing
· To liaise with clients as required, responding to telephone calls / emails.
· To prepare event staffing documentation.
· To liaise with the logistics department to ensure that staff have the appropriate PPE and equipment.
· To provide an administrative support to the operational team onsite at events when required.
