Bedfordshire Wellbeing Service (BWS) is an expanding Talking Therapies service. The service offers low and high intensity interventions in individual, couple and group formats.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who will take on the role of Booking Co-Ordinator for the service. If you are highly motivated, are able to work autonomously , able to communicate effectively, multi-task and have an acute attention to detail then this role is for you.
The post holders main duties will be to provide an effective and efficient appointment booking service, for the Bedfordshire Wellbeing Services’ clinical team and to provide administration support when required.
They will be required to work flexibly and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning the service.
They will be required to work in a busy and demanding environment so the ability to multi-task is also essential. They will also be required to have the ability to work independently, to use their own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality.
The ability to manage own workload and without direct supervision is essential for this post.
To work alongside and to cover, when appropriate, other administration staff across several locations in some instances.
