We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Advanced Bookings team, based at a well-known German Investment Bank.
The role of the Bookings Agent is to ensure that an exceptional high level of customer service is delivered to all callers and bank staff that use the associated services, while ensuring the effective utilisation of meeting rooms across the estate.
This structured role will involve organising meeting rooms, private dining, and events. Whilst creating and cultivating excellent working relationships with team members from all service partners to deliver the requirements and retain the seamless five-star standards.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 8am-6pm
Salary: £30,266
Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering five-star service within a corporate or hospitality environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in reservations from a five-star hotel or restaurant. You must have strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate eloquently and excellent telephone etiquette, as well as quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Audio visual set up is also desirable.
