Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Bookeeper Accounts Administrator to join a local family owned business in West Hull.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and paying purchase invoices
  • Reconciling takings and receipts
  • Dealing with supplier queries and correspondences
  • Monthly Salary and Pensions for 10 staff
  • Issuing Invoices to both customer and tenants
  • Managing Utility Accounts and Council Tax Accounts for all properties, dealing with tenants Council Tax queries

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with excellent references.
  • Must be experienced with Sage
  • Good team working and communication skills

We are open to applications from self employed applicants.

Part-time hours: Variable between 3 - 10 hours per week which can be spread over, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
