Job description
MCN Hospitality operates two venues just north of Newcastle: Shotton Grange & The Parlour at Blagdon. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Administrator to help grow our business.
Main duties duties will include:
Processing invoices and payments using Sage 50 Accounting System
Paying suppliers
Credit control
Preparing expenses
Payroll
Additional duties could include:
Receiving and handling phone calls
Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff
Sending emails
Filing paperwork and contracts
Scan/print documents
Candidates must have:
Good communication skills
The ability to work on their own diligently and methodically
Their own transport
**Experience with Sage 50 is required for this role**
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
