Dick Lovett Bristol is looking for a BMW & MINI Parts Advisor.

Your role

Our BMW & MINI dealership in Bristol is looking for a motivated and engaging Parts Advisor, with strong customer service skills and a Parts Background, to assist our dedicated team with the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will deal with all areas of our Parts Department from dealing with Internal colleagues on the Workshop Counter to Assisting with Retail and Trade customers in person and on the phone. BMW & MINI Bristol is one of the top-performing Parts Departments in the UK with an annual Parts turnover of over 10 Million. We have a very large trade operation with three delivery vans. Our large and busy Parts Department is looking for a team player who can contribute to the growth of our business and provide great customer support.

Your profile

We are looking for an ambitious candidate with previous dealership experience and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team. Previous use of Kerridge or DRIVE would be advantageous, along with BMW knowledge which is preferred but not essential.

Understanding how a Parts department runs and having knowledge of the motor industry would be a clear benefit to help you succeed in this role as well as enthusiasm for the BMW and MINI brands.

As always, the customer is at the heart of everything we do in the Dick Lovett Group so this role will also see you delivering the highest standard of customer service.
