Summary:
Sonographers Medical is hiring prospective candidates for a Specialist Biomedical Scientist post in the Lancashire Area.
Work Days: Monday to Friday. Work hours: 08:45 – 17:15. We are looking for an experienced biomedical scientist. It’s a 9-month placement. Must be HCPC registered.
Requirements:
- experienced biometric scientist
- experience with Beckman – Coulter platform
- experience with Clinisys information systems
- general laboratory experience at Specialist BMS Levels mainly in bacteriology is essential ( wound, urines, and blood culture sections)
- familiar with the use of Malti- TOF, vitak 2and winpath.
- must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 3 years post-registration UK-based lab experience.
- need the candidate to support our 24/7 service so experience of shift work is preferred.
