About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with a well established law firm based in Leeds that have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join their busy team on a permanent basis. This role will be well suited to a candidate who has had a similar role previously.
Job Description
Duties will include:
- Driving and improving the companies billing and financial housekeeping across all divisions
- Attend regular meetings with partners, PA's and stakeholders to review matters on balance
- Ensuring all matters with clients are closed down in a timely manner
- Liaising with all departments to ensure monies is collected
- Challenging partners and finance managers on areas within the business that need improvement
- Identify and Implement process improvement where applicable
- Using Excel to manipulate data and generate reports
- Monday to Friday - 9 -5 with an hour dinner
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
Worked in a similar background before- Have skills with negotiating and customer care
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel
- Working to tight deadlines
What's on Offer
Up to £35,000 + 25 days holidays plus banks + Company pension + Full Time + Private health care + Hybrid working.
