DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an E-billing Assistant to join our E-billing team. This role is full-time, permanent and will work on a hybrid basis out of our Bristol office.
The person appointed into this role will play an important part in our e-billing process and will be responsible for the day to day submission of e-bills, financial data and maintaining correct and up to date data along with daily roles of managing and directing email traffic and assisting with reporting functions. Reporting to the E-Billing Supervisor within the Ebilling team, the E-billing Adminstator will be one of the main points of contact internally.

Main Responsibilities- Submission of e-bills via the E-Billing Hub portal or directly on to e-billing platforms
- Ensuring client guidelines and firm policies are followed during the submission process.
- Assisting with maintaining and loading timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data
- Invoice rejection management.
- Assisting with maintaining ebilling client invoices status's within 3E.
- Managing and directing email traffic.
- Maintain correct data within the Ebilling platforms and team.
- Providing regular feedback to the e-billing Supervisor so that improvements on processes can be analysed.
- Consistently sharing knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Building and maintaining working relationships with the business to ensure effective instruction to cash processing.
