What you’ll do
The Bid Writer/Coordinator is a new position that will form part of the Compass Informatics Business Development Team.
If successful you will be responsible for leading on, coordinating and writing all tenders and proposals for Compass Informatics Ltd , part of the Tracsis group. You’ll negotiate and coordinate inputs to tenders from Compass Informatics technical experts, and support the Tracsis Group Bids team in pursuit of strategic tenders where Compass Informatics can add value.
Other responsibilities include development of the tender content library, management of company tender portal accounts, and updating pre-qualification systems. Content management will involve creating, managing, and organisation of both technical and non-technical ‘boilerplate’ content (e.g., product information, method statements, case studies, CVs), that will enable improved throughput and quality of proposals.

Some relevant or transferable previous experience
Able to plan forward, and go the extra mile to meet deadlines
Demonstrate good bid writing skills and attention to detail
Possess strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Flexible and prepared to travel (upon request)
Proficient in software packages such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point,
Previous use of shared working platforms such as SharePoint and Teams
