Job description
We are a growing training centre looking for a Freelance Bid Writer to help us secure funding and win contracts. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling bid proposals that highlight our services and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify suitable funding opportunities and potential clients
- Write and submit high-quality bid proposals on time
- Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information for proposals
- Analyze bid requirements and specifications to identify key themes, win themes, and value propositions
- Create and manage a bid library for easy access to pre-written proposal content
- Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in writing winning bids and proposals
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the training and education industry is a plus
This is a freelance position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to working on a project-by-project basis.
