The Role
This position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex data models used for unit forecasting, analysis, and reporting. The individual will lead the Business Intelligence budgeting and forecasting team to monitor business trends, identify risks or opportunities, and communicate recommended courses of action for implementation. Additional duties include responding to ad hoc requests on a wide variety of subject matter with timeliness and accuracy, leading and developing a team of analysts, and maintaining standards of conformity across reporting avenues.
The Main Responsibilities
Expectations
- Develop, implement, and maintain complex unit budgeting and forecast models that show results at several key business levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build predictive models designed to adjust budget and forecasts views based on changes in business strategies or complex business problems.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations and executive summary documents.
- Tailor messaging and reporting aesthetics to suit varied target audiences.
- Interface directly with senior management, responding to information requests or implementing desired reporting changes promptly and thoroughly.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for new reporting or analytics based on interactions with senior management.
- Adapt and evolve reporting based on key initiative lifecycles.
- Lead and develop a team of analyst(s), providing a vision for the team, clear direction to achieving milestones, and accountability for outcomes.
- Manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously under tight timeframes.
Skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering live presentations to senior management.
- Proven initiative and developed strategic perspective, decision-making ability, and analytical skills while also being comfortable working independently and in ambiguity.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with key members of other internal groups, and work cross functional to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience with various reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, PBI
- Knowledge of financial concepts such as CLV, NPV, ROI, Margin, etc.
- Ability to work cross functional and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to lead/work multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 years related experience and 2+ years previous manager-level leadership experience preferred.
- Background in Mass Markets organization is a plus.
- Preferred experience with forecasting and modeling

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
