My client, which is a MS Gold Partner who employ thousands of individuals worldwide, are hunting for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer.
You will join their team to deliver and develop actionable information and data that helps executives, managers and workers make informed business choices.

In this end-to-end role within BI, you will be:
- Developing and implementing a diverse range of business intelligence and reporting solutions, utilizing both traditional (MS SQL, SSRS) and modern (BI) tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Consolidating data and constructing robust data structures and warehouses to support efficient and dependable Business Intelligence solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to high standards for BI and reporting, including conducting thorough peer reviews of solutions created by team members.
- Continuously enhancing an existing and new portfolio of standard reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Meeting customer-specific requirements, whether as part of implementation/onboarding projects or regular business operations.
- Providing support for the day-to-day performance, maintenance, and monitoring of databases and BI platforms.
- Utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our personnel, processes, business challenges, and opportunities to translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions suitable for the intended audience.
- Consulting during project processes to define reporting and BI requirements, while suggesting appropriate enhancements.
- Identifying opportunities for leveraging reporting, analytics, or BI solutions to enhance business performance, based on a deep understanding of the business and our data.
- Minimum 18 months experience in a similar data insight/ reporting/ BI role.
- Have a technical skill-set with experience in some of the following: SQL. SSRS or PowerBI.
- Have a positive, aspirational personality, with the ability to be both flexible and innovative.
- Be equally friendly and passionate, as you will be working with others to cultivate data.
- A passion for a career involving business intelligence and data that is reflected in motivation.
- Open to working remotely and on-site.
