Trainee Assistant Sales Manager
£10.90 per hour, rising to a minimum of £11.00 per hour after training
Our 1,400 shops are at the heart of our business and they all play a key part in their local community. As a retail colleague, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that our shops offer a warm and welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch live sports and play gaming machines.
Day-to-day, you will process customer’s bets, making sure they enjoy our products and services responsibly, help with their enquiries, ensure our shop standards are maintained and after a period of training, deputise for the Shop Manager. Being socially responsible is very important to us and a key part of your role will be to ensure that all our customers are betting within their means, and that our ‘Think 21’ policy is always followed.
You must be 18 or over to work in one of our betting shops. Whilst an interest in sports and betting is an advantage, no prior experience is needed as we provide a structured training programme to give you the support and confidence you need to flourish as an Assistant Sales Manager. We will also provide you with access to further training and development opportunities as we are real supporters of internal progression and are always looking for people who want to develop their career.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Witham, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
