The A Side: A Day in The Life
As a Benefits Analyst you will work closely with the Reward team and the broader People, Inclusion and Culture (PIC) teams to build knowledge of our benefits, focusing on data accuracy and providing outstanding customer service. With an eye for detail and a focus on benefits innovation you will look for opportunities for process improvements. As first line support you will be a vital point of contact for all benefits related queries providing valuable knowledge and guidance every day. You will undertake benefit data analysis, provide
recommendations and support the implementation of new benefits.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Collaborative

Provide support in relation to all benefits related queries including:
-
First point of contact for PIC and employees’ queries
-
Working with Finance, you will ensure a timely and accurate payment of invoices
-
Liaise external advisors, consultants and brokers.
Be Knowledgeable
-
Serve as subject matter expert
-
Ensure that the online benefits platform is accurate
-
Researching potential new benefits and support the roll out.
Be Analytical

Assist in benchmark current benefits offering
-
Perform system tests and audits for data accuracy, integrity, functionality.
Personal Specification
Necessary

Understanding of Employee Life Cycle administration and HR business processes
-
Time management, organisational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail as well as follow through ability, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and sound judgement

Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment

Team-oriented attitude balanced with ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience working in cross functional groups, across multiple countries
Desirable

Experience with Workday (or equivalent)
