About ‘The Stress Exchange’
Our salon is spread over two floors, one dedicated to hair and one to beauty. Each salon has their own manager, ensuring the best support for each team.
The beauty salon uses both Aveda and Environ skincare. We offer a range of skincare services including the afore mentioned brands, CACI and Mesotherapy. Across all our services we use high quality products; to compliment this we offer regular Continual Professional Development (CPD) meaning when you work with us, you bring your skills and we’ll add to them!
We are a team of around 20 and have been in London Bridge since 2001.

What you bring to the business?
The ideal candidate will:
- have a passion for all beauty services
- have a minimum of three years qualified salon experience
- be fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly with guests and the team
- be punctual, organised and have the ability to deliver a fantastic guest experience
- have a friendly lively personality.
Your qualifications: Minimum NVQ Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent
Your responsibilities as a Beauty Therapist at The Stress Exchange
- Greet guests in a warm friendly manner and manage their salon experience
- Deliver beauty treatments to a high standard (based on your skills)
- Upsell products and services
- Advise guests on homecare and wellness
- Be confident in rebooking guests
- Work professionally with colleagues to help maintain The Stress Exchange brand
- Actively promote The Stress Exchange to guests and within the local community including creating creative content for social media posting and social engagement
This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week with the potential for part time for the right balance of skills.
The position commences at the earliest convenience to the candidate.
