In 2022 we opened at Harrods and we are now looking for a talented sales associate to grow with our brand. We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, who can create an exceptional customer experience while selling our products in Harrods.
We are looking for passionate and outgoing Sales Associates who are interested in giving our clients the best customer service and helping them find the right products to fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service and connecting the product qualities with their heritage of our hotels and destinations.
- Work closely with the head office team and visual merchandiser to oversee stock and display.
- Oversee the training and performance of the other part-time sales employees from Harrods
- Be responsible for the weekly reporting of customer feedback
- Assist with the monthly realization sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £31,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
