Through its family of premium consumer headphones, earphones and speakers, Beats has introduced an entirely new generation to the possibilities of premium sound entertainment. The Beats Marketing team is responsible for bringing the energy, emotion and excitement of playback in the recording studio, to music lovers worldwide. We’re looking for a creative, dynamic and passionate individual who can help us tell stories, and create memorable marketing campaigns for consumers across Europe and beyond. Role Summary: The Apple Services Academy is a 12 month entry-level program starting in September 2023. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed. You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work. You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging. We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience!

Description
Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Beats Marketing team with: -Develop and own a program to seed Beats products to VIPs in Sport, Music and Fashion -Collate and distribute competitor and social listening reports -Audit Beats’ branded presence at retail stores and online -Own Beats’ internal communications including monthly reporting and newsletters -Support in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns -Partner closely with Apple Music to identify opportunities for both brands to work together

Additional Requirements
- You must be able to complete the full program (12 months), starting Sep 2023.
- Must currently have the right to live and work in the UK and can be based at our office in Battersea Power Station, London. We are able to support with relocation from within the UK if needed.
- This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
