WHAT TO EXPECT
An opportunity exists for a talented individual with battery energy engineering knowledge.
You'll get to support energy related activities across the increasing range of JLR's electrified products within the battery design and release team.
The role requires effective interaction with cross-domain teams to assess and manage requirements from conception, through programme gateways, and programme completion and support battery design decisions with data (data generation through calculation and simulation).
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Support the management and assessment of requirement targets with stakeholders to provide transparent, unambiguous requirements for the battery team to fulfil.
- Support simulation results and model delivery.
- Drive issue resolution (AIMS, PR-AIMS) and associate processes to ensure that all changes are implemented robustly to support programme targets.
- Ensure reports are stored following correct retention period and JLR processes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
We are looking for someone with theoretical knowledge and/or experience of working with batteries. Ideally you will also have a data modelling or simulation experience to understand a component or system.
