Job description
We are looking for bartenders to add to our hard working team in our busy, independent, Mexican themed cocktail bar & restaurant located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Manchester.

Previous bar and cocktail experience is essential for this role
The duties of the role will include;
- making cocktails to specifcation and other drinks
- day to day service of our customers
- handling cash and payments though tills
- keeping up with our key points of service
- upselling
- good setup and clean downs
- ensuring customers are receiving high standards of both service and drinks
- maintaining licensing standards
- be open to help the other deparments if needed
The right candidate should be observant, creative and a great communicator. Dedication to the role is essential as the venue is majorly focused on maintaining a fun and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Full share of tips will be given out, with no deductions etc. Our discretionary tip amount is 10% on food and service 2% on direct bar service.
The role will require working a mixture of both day and evening shifts at 'El Capo'. The opening hours of the bar are 5pm until 12am Sunday - Friday and 12pm - 1am on Saturday.

Part-time hours: 25-45 per week
Salary: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
