We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to become part of our food and beverage team, in our award winning pub in a beautiful location
Responsibilities
- Working with the existing team, leading from the front, encouraging, pitching in when needed in all areas
- Ensure the customer experience is 5* and respond to any complaints.
- Always serving with a warm welcome, smile and can do attitude
What You Should Bring,
- Good knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- A passion for improving the customer experience and the hospitality industry.
- Sharp eye and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in collaborative environments
