Floor Staff

Mill Lane Hospitality Group is a bar with a focus on cocktails and entertainment. We are looking for a team member to help us serve our guests! We are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented individual that is ready to learn and grow with our company. The position is part time/full time, Thursday through Sunday. Trading hours differ between 11am-6am

Responsibilities
Prepare stock for service (e.g. cutting fruit, stock bar etc.)

Set up workstations with all needed stock and equipment
Answer, report and follow supervisors instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover stock
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that drinks comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Keep the cleanliness of the venue to high standards
Collect glasses, clean spills, replenish stock

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a bar staff member
Knowledge of different methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures preferred, but not required
Team player with great customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
