Floor Staff

Mill Lane Hospitality Group is a bar with a focus on cocktails and entertainment. We are looking for a team member to help us serve our guests! We are looking for a hard-working, team-oriented individual that is ready to learn and grow with our company. The position is part time/full time, Thursday through Sunday. Trading hours differ between 11am-6am

Responsibilities
Prepare stock for service (e.g. cutting fruit, stock bar etc.)

• Set up workstations with all needed stock and equipment
• Answer, report and follow supervisors instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover stock
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that drinks comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Keep the cleanliness of the venue to high standards
• Collect glasses, clean spills, replenish stock

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bar staff member
• Knowledge of different methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures preferred, but not required
• Team player with great customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
