We are looking for a talented Head Bartender to join our team here at zuma. Our Head Bartenders are hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience time and time again. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the rest of the team to do the same.
To be a successful zuma Head Bartender you would bring a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience, the ability to make a full range of classic cocktails and a hunger to learn.

The requirements
Excellent cocktail knowledge- Previous experience in a high end, fast paced bar, with proven ability of leading a team
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Great team player
- The ability to make a full range of classic cocktails and a hunger to learn
