Bartender
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drink preparation and order taking
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
