Eastpointe Country Club, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Bartenders. Eastpointe is an elite private club with exceptional experiences and superb amenities, including two Audubon-certified Tom Fazio golf courses, dining, tennis, pickleball, and fitness, all of which provide a diverse year-round social calendar of fun. Eastpointe’s original clubhouse, situated on the signature 18th hole of the East Course, will recently joined by a second, The Pointe, a $12 million lifestyle amenity with a large aquatic center, state-of-the-art fitness center, and stylish fine dining and entertainment.
Responsibilities of the Bartender at Eastpointe Country Club include:
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
- Requests additional supplies as necessary.
- Follows set-up procedures.
- Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
- Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Beverage Manager.
- Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
- Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
- Maintains daily inventory and records indicating drinks in the greatest demand.
- Attends staff meetings as required.
- Assists food servers and hostesses as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of mixology, wine, and beer.
- Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding guest/member consumption of alcohol.
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

- Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
