Bars Administrator - Northumberland

Working Hours: 40 hours over 5 days per week (Part time hours also available)
Pay Rates: 16 to 17 7.50 / 18+ from 9.97 up to 10.42 per hour depending on age
What You'll Be Doing
As a Bar Admin/Stores Person you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the bars on Park, ensuring stock levels are maintained and performing various administrative tasks to support the Bars Manager and the rest of the team to help them deliver an exceptional guest experience..
- Managing stock and inventory levels to ensure constant supply level
- Check in and log out stock when allocated to departments
- Carry out regular stock level audits
- Cashing up and banking takings
- invoicing and receipting
- Rotas & Time sheets
- General admin duties
What We Would Like You To Bring
Perhaps you have previous experience working in bars & restaurants or have been office based as an administrator with a passion for hospitality. But you don't need experience to join our Team here at Haven as we can offer full training to help you be the best at what you do.
