Job description
Leo Gym and Yoga studio is a rapidly growing boutique luxury wellness facility in Marlow. Leo Yoga is at the heart of our community, offering a social space for our members and serving premium quality wellness drinks and snacks. We are looking for someone with previous experience in this environment, to join our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Session Instructing and room set-up:
- Lead Barre sessions at the scheduled time for up to 16 people* per class
- Have high level of knowledge of all movements, injury prevention, time management, proper breathing techniques and poses, and how to move energy throughout the body, etc.
- Be able to demonstrate the practice and techniques and assess students to achieve precise and proper alignment.
- Maintain safety standards by following and adhering to yoga studio rules and staying up to date on techniques and protocols.
- Program Barre sequences that are appropriate for class timings and type and adaptable for injuries and skill/experience level.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who has worked in a Barre or Yoga Studio and has previous teaching experience.
