The Winchester Hotel & Spa has been one of Winchester’s most popular destinations for weekend getaways and spa breaks for over 20 years.
The hotel consists of 96 bedrooms across four room types, a relaxing spa with a range of professional treatments as well as a refreshing pool and hot tub, flexible function rooms and a stylish bar and restaurant to enjoy throughout the day.
Role: Barperson/Food and Beverage Assistant
As a Barperson/ Food and Beverage Assistant your focus is to create positive and memorable experiences for guests. Through the delivery of outstanding guest experience, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective food and beverage experience. We are particularly interested in applicants who have previous bar experience. This is a full time (40 hours per week) position.

What will I be responsible for?
· Being part of the day to day bar and restaurant service
· Maintaining the highest customer service standards
· Preparing restaurant for service
· Assisting Restaurant Manager on a daily basis
· Complying with food and beverage regulations
