Job description
North Star Coffee Shop are looking for a Barista/Server to join us here at our Leeds Dock site. The ideal candidate will have experience working in specialty coffee and be well versed in delivering table service.
The main roles for this job are:
- Deliver the North Star experience by engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with all visitors to our space in an approachable and personable manner.
- Maintaining quality control of coffee throughout the day to ensure an outstanding cup and customer experience every time, detailed product knowledge of every coffee served is a must.
- Working as a key member of the team and supporting all staff when required.
- Preparing both espresso based drinks and filter brews to our exacting standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42 per hour
