We are looking for a Barista to join us on a full time basis (Monday-Friday), at our brand new campus office in White City!

About THE ROLE
The PVH Campus team is a diverse team, covering all aspects of Facilities Management for our London campus within White City, London. The overall purpose of the Campus team is to provide a safe, inclusive, inspiring and productive environment for all including our Associates, internal global visitors and our Wholesale customers.
The Barista will work as part of our Campus team within our London Campus (office). They will be responsible for the bespoke hot drink service we offer to our Associates, visitors and Wholesale customers within our office environment. The Barista will report directly into the Campus Manager.
This is a full-time role, working on site fully, Monday-Friday from 07:30-16:00hrs. but may be expected to work with flexibility at times.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve and create great coffee, hot and cold drinks to our Campus Associates (employees), visitors and Wholesale Customers.
- Share your coffee and hot drink knowledge with customers, providing insight and recommendations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Heating and serving of prepacked food.
- Keep coffee machine and grinder clean and dialed in correctly throughout shift for highest quality coffee.
- Maintain high health & safety standards constantly.
- Collecting payments and operating the payment system
- Keeping relevant stock levels throughout the day and ensure set up is complete ready for opening each morning.
- Control stock levels through regular stock takes, ensuring low levels of stock waste.
- Complete timely and regular stock ordering to ensure we are able to deliver every order, every time whilst reducing waste.
- Provide high levels of bespoke customer service to all customers.
- Maintain an organized and clean storage and work area.
- Where required, support overall Campus team with other key Campus activities.
About YOU
- You’ll have established experience in a front of house Barista role, making hot drinks and serving customers.
- You’ll Stay Curious by understanding different hot drinks to provide insight to your customers.
- You’ll constantly Take Ownership, ensuring the Barista station is always ready to deliver great hot drinks to our customers.
