We are looking for a passionate Barista to join our growing team at Sky Park Farm. We are a newly opened family run business with an eye for detail and a passion for all that is food and customer experience. We have a growing customer base so we are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and thrives in a busy environment. The right person will need to be self-motivated and have a positive outlook, someone who will look for solutions and have a flexible approach. Working well in a team is crucial to the role as we pride ourselves on having a happy working environment for all to enjoy.
The role is a full time position primarily Wednesday-Sunday ( but can be flexible week from week) along with our dinner series events throughout the year.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a busy fast paced restaurant, preferably with a high level of service standards and drinks service.
Key attributes will include:
- Exceptional Coffee service
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of Till System
- Wine and food service
The Food on the farm will be off the highest quality, from the produce stocked in the farm shop to the food served in the cafe restaurant.

Salary: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
