TiramisU is currently recruiting for a Barista/Sales Assistant role at Westfield.
We are an Italian café with prestigious locations in Westfield Stratford and Westfield White City. Our mission is to offer our customers the experience of the best Italian TiramisU, express-made with the finest fresh Italian ingredients and customised to the customer’s pleasure.
The TiramisU is considered to be by far the most appreciated dessert in the world.
What we are looking for:
Enthusiastic and energetic individuals, formidable team players with a passion for customer service and a sweet tooth for desserts! Successful candidates will contribute to the brand’s success by providing legendary customer service to all customers.
Some days it can get really busy so you must be a capable multi-tasker with a positive can-do attitude and the determination to learn everything there is to know about TiramisU.
Responsibilities include:
Serving customers with a smile and creating moments that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon
Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness across the store always
Be knowledgeable and confident about all TiramisU products to advise customers
Most importantly have fun at work and support your team to do the same
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferable although not required
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Good communication skills because you will be talking to our amazing customers every day
A positive and hard-working attitude is vital to working in our busy locations

We are not a sponsor company.
What we offer:
-Permanent contract full time and part time (24-30hrs/w)
-Starting hourly rate is £10.50 (monthly payment) which will be increased to £11 (it does depend on the experience) at the end of the probation period
-Twice-yearly pay review
-Professional Industry Training
-Rotation shifts of 6/7 hours per day
-28 days of holidays entitlement (including Bank Holidays)
-Mon-Sat 8.00-10.30 pm, Sun 8.00-7pm
-You can't double your shift and we need flexible hours.
