Technical – the nuts and bolts of what you need to do your job
- Perfect Serve: you always follow Dodo spec sheets and User Guides.
- Know your stuff: your knowledge on our product is top notch. With this you am able to confidently pour / make every product as well as guide customers through our menu(s) improving their experience
- Checklists: Checklists are king, and you stick to every task on them, filling them out diligently and completing the tasks effectively.
- Owning your section: whether you’re on the bar or on the floor, you make sure that you are set up to succeed. You maintain a clean and organised station
- Customer experience: you’re the face of Dodo, and you behave that way. You are always up for a laugh with a customer, but also keep it professional and respectful.
- Equipment Knowledge: you know how to use the various bits of kit (coffee machine, cellar system etc) and you take good care of them, using them as they were intended and in a safe manner.
- Team player: you follow direct instruction from your managers diligently and effectively.
- Health & Safety: you obey and understand fire safety and H&S laws at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
