Position: Barista and Cashier Location: Sylvan Lake, Sweet Home on the Lake Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more, following recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service, taking orders with a friendly demeanor and processing transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including brewing equipment, countertops, and seating areas. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers. Requirements:
Passion for coffee and a genuine love for providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We offer:

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
