Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
- Take and serve drink orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and mix a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus
