Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Displays a "customer comes first" attitude Going out your way to make every moment right for the customer.
- Follow all H&S protocol and operational procedure's to a high standard.
- Receptive to ongoing coaching and feedback
- Drives the implementation of company programs by meeting operational and organisational objectives.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Available to work flexible hours this may include a total of 32 or more hours per week.
- Contract is set at 16 hours per week.
- One or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions and suggestions.
