Job description
We're looking for a Barista to join our dedicated, professional team at our store in downtown. A candidate for this position is responsible for preparing and serving coffee beverages and other beverages to customers so that they may enjoy our products in a safe and clean environment. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of quality, hospitality and customer care as well as ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee drinks for customers and tend bar.
- Know all ingredients and their uses.
- Understand coffee tasting.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Make people feel comfortable.
- Present a friendly, neat appearance.
- Perform various cleaning tasks after closing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
