As we prepare to grow our Courtyard Café operation, we are looking for 2 Café Assistants to join our friendly team of staff and volunteers. Our Café serves homemade cakes, freshly ground coffee and a fine selection of hot and cold food prepared to order. All profits raised by the Café go back to support the specialised care we provide at the Hospice and in our Community.
Have you got great customer service skills, and a working knowledge of food safety regulations? Are you positive, professional, compassionate and caring and able to keep calm under pressure? If so then we’d love to hear from you.
The ideal shift working pattern would be 8.30am – 4.30pm, however a slight variation would be considered for the right candidate, for example 9.30am – 2.30pm. The hours would be worked over a 7 day rota, and would include some weekends and Bank Holidays.
The Courtyard Caféis currently open from Monday to Friday, from 10am – 3pm, why not pop down and meet our friendly team.

- Salary: Based on 30 hours per week, dependent on pension scheme
- Holidays: 7 weeks per annum (pro rata)
