About the Role
Barista at Soul & Grain at London City Airport
Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.95 per hour.
Additionally, you earn an extra £1.20 per hour when working during unsocial hours between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.15 per hour!- Please note, due to some responsibilities within this role, candidates must be 18 years old or over and be able to sell alcohol.

As a Barista, you will work a variety of shifts, some starting as early as and 4 am.
Don't worry if you don't have any experience, as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.
Responsibilities for Barista:
- Demonstrate knowledge of Soul & Grain products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with the brand standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spending, waste, and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
Requirements for Barista:
- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. (Airports)
- Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Must be able to get to London City Airport as early as 4 am when requested.
- Must be able to sell alcohol
