Job description
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Take food orders
- Provide michelin star restaurant customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on high standards guest relations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to mix drinks according to standard recipes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
