We are looking for a Barista and Supervisor to join our growing work family

Able to commute/relocate.
Work location: Greenfield, Greater Manchester.
A beautiful, picturesque village within the Saddleworth area. At the foot of the Pennines, Greenfield is easily accessible by train from the station from Leeds or Manchester. Scóna is 5 minute’s walk from the station.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Barista and Front of House Supervisor. We are looking for someone who is committed to leading and supporting a team. At Scóna we focus on taking pride in our offering, sharing responsibilities to provide the best experience for colleagues and customers alike.
The successful candidate will be/embody:

- Able to co-ordinate the customer's experience from start to finish

- Available for some weekend work
In return, we’re offering:
- A maximum of 30 hours per week over the course of 3-4 days per week
Responsibilities for the role include:
- Leading a team
- Consistently creating delicious coffee
- Ordering stock
- Opening/closing
- Gain a full understanding of how we operate
- Use of Res Diary
- Answering the phone to customers
- Cashing out
