Job description
Rancheros is a 140-150 seat Brazilian inspired Rodizio Bar and Grill. Our vision is simple. It is to provide exceptional quality meats served at the table accompanied by a salad bar equipped with dishes to please everyone.
We are looking to appoint experienced Bar Staff to work under our Restaurant Manager to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. Bar Staff will play a pivotal role in the dining experience by providing drinks which are both pleasing to the eye and taste palette.
Previous experience is essential, a working knowledge of cocktail making is desirable but not essential. Outgoing, customer/solution focussed attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a large team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience.

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
