We are an old Coach House dating back to the 1800’s with huge front and back gardens and a beautiful interior.
Everything is cooked on our huge bespoke brick Fire Pit (what we call a Braai in South Africa), using wood and charcoal. Steaks, marinated cuts of meats, vegetables and even salads are cooked on and processed with it. It is an exciting, hot kitchen to work in, with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills as a Chef de Partie for those who love to learn new techniques and embrace different cultures.

As a Bar Staff, we would expect you to:
- Work with management on shifts to keep our high standard we expect.
- Work with management to maintain to keep the pub at its highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Be fun and energetic and thrive on the buzz we create.
The ideal Bar Staff will have:
- Customer Service Experience.
- Out Going and Energetic.
- Ideally experience within a pub/restaurant but we provide training.
Hours and Remuneration
- Full time/Part Time- week between Monday to Sunday.
- We believe in fair working conditions.
- £10.00/hr + tips with a 3-month performance review on salary.
