NOURISH café Norwich is recruiting.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an independent café in Norwich near the city centre. The role is to join a small dedicated team. Day shifts ( no split shifts)
We are looking for a friendly passionate barista, chef/ baker who can prepare, bake food and make great coffee with outstanding customer service.
Skills we are looking for are:
1. Baristia and or food prep and baking skills
2. Level 2 + Food Hygiene and similar courses
3. Positive attitude, excellent customer service with a hard working ethic.
4. This position requires true passion of working with the public and being able to be an allrounder, sell the menus and serve customers effectively in a friendly manner.
5. Good planning, prep and organisational skills that abide to health and safety within the NOURISH team.
6. Capable communicator who shows confidence and is also reliable.
Must have at least 1-2 years café experience. A creative barista/cook/baker who has passion in their work is essential. Also must have had customer service experience.
This position is part-time position is for Friday and Saturday. 16.5hours approx a week.
