Job description
Nat’s Coffeehouse in Tsawwassen Springs is looking for a friendly individual to join our team of baristas! We are a local café serving up quality coffee beverages and food offerings. We strive to embody perfection with every customer interaction and if that sounds like you, we would love to have you on the team!
A well-rounded barista would be able to:
- Serve customers by greeting them and taking their order in a professional and respectful manner
- Tailor each experience to the customer by connecting with them and engaging in conversation
- Working in multiple positions, from drive thru, to front till, to bar
- Serve customers in drive thru and feel comfortable wearing a headset to communicate
- Serve customers the highest quality coffee and represent the brand with every drink
- Continuously improve their skills
- Take initiative to clean and complete daily tasks
- Prepare food offerings while following the standard recipes
- Display a positive attitude and work well with others
- Lift small loads
- Open the store as early as 5:45am and close the store as late as 7:15pm
Previous barista experience and customer service experience is an asset!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.75 per hour
