We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our authentic Irish cafe. As a Barista in our Irish cafe, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional coffee beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation, dedication to customer service, and knowledge of Irish culture will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages.
• Consistently maintain high standards of coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offering recommendations and answering questions about our coffee offerings.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, providing a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
• Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, with expertise and precision.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the coffee preparation area, including equipment maintenance and sanitization.
• Assist in food preparation and serve as needed.
• Collaborate with the cafe team to maintain efficient operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop, cafe, or similar establishment.
• A passion for coffee and a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £9.00-£10.77 per hour
